Brewer Matt Groff is back at it with the casks! This time around he filled two casks with the base beer for our horchata-style milk stout, El Lechedor. One cask has cold brew coffee and poblano peppers added, while the other has Madagascar vanilla and cinnamon bark - come taste both and let us know how they compare!
RSVP on Facebook for updates.
We'll be starting off the day with a little lesson on cask beer from Professor Groffman. Swing in to the Taproom at 11:30 to watch as he taps the casks then talks through the science and inspiration behind this little corner of brewing culture. Taste the first pours, give feedback, and have all your cask questions answered!
These casks hold a super duper limited amount of beer, and when they're kicked, they're kicked! We'll also have our full lineup of beers in cans and on draft: nightshiftbrewing.com/on-tap
Food truck schedule for the day:
12pm-5pm: Jamaica Mi Hungry
5pm-10pm: Papi's Stuffed Sopapillas
We can hardly contain our cask-citement!
