Join us to celebrate International Women's Day with a special release party! Each year the Pink Boots Society selects a special hop blend for their Collaboration Brew Day project. This project unifies brewers across the world in support of Pink Boots Society's mission to raise the profile of women's roles in the beer industry. We are proud to be donating $1 from each pour of our collaboration beer to Pink Boots - these funds will go towards educational scholarships for the organization's members! With our Pink Boots hop blend secured, a production crew led by Anna Jobe, Samantha Malavarca, Nicole McCollem, and Katie Miller dreamed up a dry-hopped mixed fermentation sour ale that balances tartness with fruity undertones and subtle, bitter complexity. We dubbed this beer "St. Hildegard" to celebrate Hildegard of Bingen - a 12th-century German abbess who was one of the first people to study hops and their herbal qualities. Our IWD celebration will feature St. Hildegard on draft alongside our full Taproom list, as well as 4-packs of this special release to-go! This super rad label design is the work of Monique Aimee, a local illustrator whose work we absolutely love. Check out more of Monique's projects here: http://moniqueaimee.com/work

Across departments at Night Shift Brewing, you'll find talented and driven women who are essential to this company and this industry. We recognize that the role of women in the world of beer is still growing, and we strive to elevate and support that necessary progression at each step along the NSB path. To celebrate the evening, some of the badass women from our staff will be posted up at the Taproom sharing their stories and chatting about their professional lives. Want to hear about how Katie and Nicole worked their way from the Taproom up to full-time production roles? Curious how Kim Currier leads our marketing initiatives, or how Tarah Maresh came to run our Barrel Society? Just swing on by our table and get to know some friendly NSB staffers!

We hope to see folks from all walks of life for an evening of great beers, enlightening conversation, and enthusiastic support for a great organization. Cheers!
