Morph is a rotating IPA series with new recipes from batch to batch. We experiment with different hops and malts to showcase a range of IPA varieties. For a specific can's batch details, refer to the info printed on the bottom of the can and look below for batch notes:

This recipe adds experimental HBC 517 hops to a classic combination of Chinook and Simcoe. Ruby red grapefruit, candied citrus, and smooth pithy bitterness. (5.6%)

Refreshing and smooth. Citra and Mosaic hops provide fruity complexity and bitterness, while Comet adds a punch of grassy citrusy aromas. (5.7%)

Our mid-September edition features a blend of Falconer's Flight, Bravo, and Vic Secret hops. Light, fresh bergamot and orange zest aromas. Smooth bodied with pleasant bitterness. (5.3%)

This recipe showcases Motueka, Topaz and Simcoe hops. This blend provides a delicate balance of floral and citrus aromas, followed by a rush of easy-drinking white grapefruit and meyer lemon (5.3%)

This batch features Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops; aromas of freshly juiced nectarines; sips with notes of candied mango and citrus followed by a refreshing grapefruit pith finish (5.8%)

Rotating IPA Series: Batch 6/17/16 has Comet, Citra, and Galaxy hops. Boasting fresh peach aromas, flavors of lychee and sweet tangerine, and a soft, hoppy finish. (6.2%)

Balancing the best qualities of Cascade, Simcoe, and Columbus hops; dank aromas of pine and orange peel, and sips with notes of melon and lime (6.5%)

This recipe combines Azacca, Simcoe and Galaxy hops. Grassy lemon nose, notes of orange rind, and a dry, grapefruit finish. (6.5%)

Combines Galaxy, Ella, and Vic Secret hops. Notes of juicy pineapple and tangerine with a pine resin finish. (6.2%)

Dank nose of orange and pine, soft mouthfeel, notes of candied citrus and tropical fruit, nicely bitter finish. Balanced blend of Wakatu, Nelson Sauvin, and Vic Secret hops. (6.5%)

Featuring juicy hops Galaxy and Equinox, layered on a soft wheat-IPA malt bill. Notes of apricot, pine, and lime (6.0%)

Full of grapefruit, pineapple, and papaya notes, backed up by a hint of lime and clean malt. Lots of galaxy hops. (6.3%)

A high percentage of Simcoe hops give this batch some really intense notes of passionfruit and pine (6.0%)

Citra & Amarillo hops give this batch huge mango, grapefruit, and mandarin orange flavors! (6.0%)

More complex grain bill than the last few batches. Pours a rich orange and drinks clean with notes of grapefruit & lemon coming from some classic American hops (6.2%)

Featuring Dr. Rudi and Rakau hops from New Zealand, this batch has crisp notes of lemongrass, lime, and apricot (6.7%)

Clean, crisp, tropical IPA with a bright, citrusy, bitter finish. Our Santilli flagship IPA will be based on this recipe. (5.7%)
